Tiffany Phillips is the Business Systems Analyst for the Office of Faculty Development and Advancement (FDA), assisting with publicizing faculty honors and facilitating the tracking of award verifications and reporting to the Board of Governors and other administrative bodies.

Ms. Phillips supports both faculty and staff using the Faculty Expertise and Advancement System (FEAS+), which is the database used for faculty promotion and tenure. She offers training sessions and workshops to highlight the features of FEAS+.

In addition, Ms. Phillips assists faculty with using the Faculty Award Catalog (FAC), a database of over 6,000 awards for which faculty may be nominated. She researches award information and adds faculty award winner information, which is used to highlight faculty achievements on the Faculty Honors & Awards Page.

Ms. Phillips is the webmaster for the FDA website, Faculty Senate website, Faculty Handbook website, Faculty Honors & Awards website, FSU Faculty website, and FSU @ ORCID.

Currently, Ms. Phillips is working on a Master of Science in Information from FSU and holds a Bachelor of Arts in French from FSU.
