College of Medicine Faculty Promotions
This page is for non-tenure track faculty members (i.e. Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, or Clinical Professor) only. The deadline for submission to FDA for the 2025-2026 cycle is Friday, October 24, 2025. These promotions will go into effect in August 2026.
If you are a tenure-track faculty member (i.e. Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor) in the College of Medicine, your promotion and tenure procedures are found here.

Non-tenure track faculty do not use the myFSU-HR system for promotions. Promotions are submitted by the College of Medicine staff to the Office of Faculty Development and Advancement via SharePoint.
